Last summer, Cbeebies visited schools across Kent to find their next star to appear in ‘Something Special’. Edward from Hazel Class was chosen and spent a day filming with the BBC in July. The episode is about Edward taking his dog, Tilly, for a check-up at the vet.
The episode premiered on Wednesday 7th March at 9:45am and Hazel Class celebrated by turning the classroom into a cinema. We used the skills we have gained from our Life Skills lessons to buy and make popcorn. We were all very excited to see Edward on television. He demonstrated amazing confidence in speaking and listening and looked so happy throughout what we understand was a very long day of filming! We are all very proud of Edward!
